Afro pop singer “oluwakiddy” officially switch from secular music to christian Gospel

Moses Augustine is a popular young Nigeria Singer, songwriter and model, who was into secular music, before transitioning to gospel music.

He opens up to Victor Barnabas, how his foray into gospel music brought him to limelight.

Give us a brief background of yourself

Moses Augustine is a singer, songwriter and model who has been into secular music before for over three years and was signed under 9jamainland Record, Music Africa. His stage name is AUSKIDDY BLAZE now Known as OLUWAKIDDY

Moses changed from secular to gospel. His first gospel song to be released is titled ‘HELP ME’.

Moses is from Benue and was born in kaduna state. My instagram handle is: Oluwakiddy.

What was growing up like and when did you discover you had talent for singing?

I was a church boy that likes to sing in the church and in the street of kaf city. My mum was not letting me play with other kids, that is the reason I didn’t do something things as a kid then, because I am always in church.

You first started with secular music, tell us a bit about it; also mention the songs you released and how it was received by the public??

I discovered my talent very early in life at the age of 10. I was singing in the baby choir when I wrote my first song; I am a blessed child

Why did you switch from secular to gospel music?

I have always been a gospel singer. Even when i was doing secular, I was still singing in the church.

Describe your fashion style?

I love to look good and very classic. I don’t like to copy from anyone.
